Which of the three scenarios for the fragile US–Iran ceasefire that is about to expire do you think is most likely – 1. a short extension, 2. a broad framework agreement without solving the difficult details, or 3. a total breakdown where the war could flare up again after the smallest provocation?
Historically, ending conflicts is hard, while a new beginning often feels easy. I think you have to let go and look forward – it’s easier to take action then. Sometimes the best things appear precisely when you’re not forcing or searching for them. I’ve been lost myself and I know it’s okay not to be strong all the time and to feel the pain fully.
At the same time, I bet almost everyone in the Trump administration has alcohol problems… Do you think Iran is proud of what they are, or are they mostly afraid of being left alone?
What does it really feel like to live in a totalitarian society – where is there even room for reflection and ideas? What do you think?
I’m a big reader of history, especially all things WWII and Third Reich. If I live long enough, I look forward to the day there’s an autopsy of this sh** show we’re seeing now from an insider
There isn’t a single person in that Cabinet I’d call “normal”. Several were put in place to tear things down like McMahon and Zeldin. Everyone’s an ass kissing flunky. And there are those with their nose pressed up against the glass hoping to be let in based on their being worse and weirder than the next person. Kari Lake … my GOD.
The stories from the last few weeks in the Berlin bunker are fascinating. The stories from the DC bunker and Mar A Lago will be better, in a throw up in your mouth way
