I’ve put everything on the line to speak out against Donald Trump and his far-right, enabling cronies.

I’m Olivia Troye. I’m the daughter of an immigrant and a truck driver who worked my way up to be one of the only women working in counterterrorism after being moved by the devastation of 9/11.

During my time at DHS, I had a front row seat to the chaos, the corruption, the calculated cruelty from the Trump administration.

I pushed back when others wouldn’t. And when the dangers grew too great – I resigned. But I didn’t go quietly.

I’ve blown the whistle on MAGA for the illegal and unethical way they’ve “led” our country.

And in return, I’ve received threats against my life and been dragged to court by Trump’s attorneys.

But here’s the thing:

If I stay silent, that means their intimidation tactics worked. It means that their lawsuits and their death threats worked.

So I’ve never backed down. And I won’t start now.

This week, I launched my campaign for U.S. House because Virginia – and the rest of our country – deserves every fighter they can get in Congress. I’ve set a goal to raise $500,000 in the first week of this campaign – and to be honest with you, I started from scratch, so I need every person still reading this to step up…
