It didn't make the national news, but one week ago Cincinnati got more than 6 inches of rain in less than an hour. Historically, it's the largest amount recorded since tracking events like this began.
The Brazilian hug story reminded me of an event in my life. A neighbor and I got into a spirited discussion. I wanted him to stop. He didn't. I lost my cool and shouted at him. His response, "Are you OK?" caused me to think about how I was not doing OK, and needed to change for the better. His thoughtful reply helped me take better care of myself emotionally as well as physically. I'm in much better shape and doing well thanks to him.
Thank you for changing your logo. The previous version reminded me of that offensive one on some truck flaps, but I kept quite so as not to rain on your otherwise excellent parade :)

My neighborhood was one of several city neighborhoods (and two neighboring communities not within city limits) that experienced damaging flooding.
