I took. the WaPo Citizenship test - got 7 out of 10 correct. Passing, but yeah, that's ridiculously hard!

My hubby got 7 out of 10 correct on the citizenship test, and he has always enjoyed history.

We plan to watch House of Dynamite (although it might keep me awake at night).

9 out of 10! I got caught by the trick question on the 19th Amendment. 1919 or 1920? Come on, now! I guessed wrong…

I have watched A House Of Dynamite twice now...and had the same horrific thoughts: Trump? Hegseth? Gabbard? The dunces strewn throughout the nuclear infrastructure and the able ones now cast out by Vought? We are in a world of hurt right now. Should one of our enemies choose to go all in, we'd be sitting ducks. The whole point is to let it never happen. When a new day dawns in America, new leaders, a new government, a renewal of a battered democracy, world wide disarmament needs to be on the table. No need to trade this nightmare for another.

Wow Olivia, I just started watching House of Dynamite and I constantly am thinking of you. Wish we could stream this as a group and get your running commentary on it and all the players. It’s fascinating. But holy mother does this ever illustrate why we need seasoned, competent people in charge.

I failed the test, getting only 6 correct. And, damn, now I have something else to worry about: which of the broken toys that pass as members of the Cabinet would make a decision in the event of a nuclear strike. There is no good option.

Any thoughts on what a traitor that Earl Matthews is? This guy once told me he refused to interview for a 6 figure job because the white guy he was interviewing with had the name Jeff Davis. Now Earl has completely sold out and works for a psycho nut job who is racist and sexist.

Oh, I know Earl Matthews...I worked with him in Trump 1.0. He tried to play all sides and thought people couldn't see right through him. That guy is a chameleon whose inner moral compass is so malleable he'd give Gumby a run for his money.

Very sad but he's probably not alone but stands out as a really poor example to minorities. Hard to believe this is the same person who helped me try to court martial Scott Perry (R) and faced extreme backlash. I will never, ever understand this betrayal. Never. Love your work. Keep writing and fighting!

I’m sad for all of us. House of Dynamite should serve as a cautionary tale as we alienate our allies, threaten our citizens, and act as if we’re invincible.

A number of my friends were recommending House of Dynamite and I was on the fence, but you pushed me over.

I can't believe they left the ending like that, but does make you think and really makes you want competent responsible people with a commitmemt to the country

I wouldn't say that's what we have now
